About The Event
The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and this year it falls on Father's Day! Take advantage of the sunshine and choose your own adventure(s) on our Wild & Scenic Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers.

We will host Activity Stations from 10am-2pm at Riverwalk Park in Enosburgh, Davis Park in Richford, and Big Falls State Park in Troy. You will be able to get trash bags, maps, and other resources to learn more about Vermont's Wild & Scenic Rivers at all 3 locations.
We will also offer the following guided activities, which will follow VT COVID19 regulations.
Big Falls State Park - stop by anytime from 10am until 2pm to participate in Bugworks! Find and identify benthic macroinvertebrates and learn what they can tell us about water quality
Davis Park Activity Station - Learn how to paddle in Intro to Canoeing! Classes run every half hour from 10am-2pm
Riverwalk Park Activity Station - Let’s Go Fishing! Learn about fish identification, fishing laws and ethics, lure making and casting, and backyard bass fishing. Classes run every hour from 10am-2pm, limit 15 per class
