August 14th Guided Day Trip - Paddle and Pedal*
Drop-off of participants and bikes/helmets is between 8 & 8:30am at Davis Park in Richford; pick-up is at 4:30pm, also at Davis Park. Participants should bring water, a bike, and a bike helmet, and wear sunscreen and shoes that can get wet. A bagged lunch will be provided.

About The Event
*Limited to ages 12-15; participants must bring their own bicycle and helmet.
A separate registration is required for each participant.
This trip involves paddling 6.5 miles of river - appropriate for all ages and abilities, and then biking along the Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail 4.5 miles back to Richford. For the paddle: each participant will be in their own kayak (members of the same household may choose to share a canoe if desired - indicate that in your registration). Hand sanitizers and masks will be provided, as well as kayaks, paddles, and lifejackets. Participants must wear their lifejackets. For the bike: each participant must bring their own bike and helmet; these will be shuttled to East Berkshire and will be waiting when the boats come downstream. Participants must wear their helmets and stay with the guides while safely riding the Rail Trail and crossing roadways.
